About Northern Exposure Photographic Gallery
Northern Exposure Gallery began as the collaborative effort by several photographers in the Northwest hills of Connecticut who shared a dedication to fine art photography. From the beginning they sought to demonstrate the many facets of this art and to encourage other photographers to become involved in the creative process.
With diverse backgrounds that include traditional and digital skills,
our photographers produce works that represent the care, craft
and aesthetics embodied in fine art photography. They share
responsibility for setting standards for the work presented, and for
mentoring talented photographers in the area.
The Gallery presents thematic exhibitions of fine art photography by invitation every 8 weeks.
To further its objective of promoting fine art photography the Gallery presents workshops in a variety of photographic skills, hosted by our members.
The gallery will continue to offer fine art digital printing services (Giclees), using Epson UltraChrome inks for prints on compatible media.
Northern Exposure Photographic Gallery is moving to West Cornwall, Connecticut. Starting in March we will be exhibiting in the gallery space on the ground floor below The Wish House gift shop, at 413 Main Street (Railroad Square), just off Route 7, crossing the Covered Bridge onto Route 128. Continue uphill to Railroad Square. Look for the Berliner bear!
